Roxy Erickson

Creative Zero Co-Director

Roxy works across the Music, Events, Film & TV and Immersive Tech industries, cross-pollinating the sustainable learnings from one industry to the next. She co-manages The Fuel Project, a supplier resource for transport and generator decarbonisation in Film and Television, in partnership with Film London. She volunteers locally and is on the steering committee for the United Nations global entertainment industry action group, Entertainment & Culture Climate Accord (ECCA). She has certification in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge (CISL). She also managed Sunbeam Studios for over a decade, winning awards for corporate social responsibility.

Tim Paton

Creative Zero co-Director

Tim has spent the last 25 years working in the creative industry as, agency owner, photo agent, shoot producer, new business provider and content manager. Most recently he spent 7 years as global commercial manager at Magnum Photos.

He brings extensive experience from both the artist and agency side and understands every aspect of the creative process and the way brands work.  

Tim manages the agency side of Creative Zero, allowing the consultants to concentrate on supporting their clients.

Creative Zero Co-Director

Kati has certification in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge (CISL) and works closely with AdGreen, delivering Sustainable Production Training to clients, agencies and production companies. Kati helps companies realise their goals of becoming future-facing, sustainable organisations.

With experience across production, post and animation, her in-depth knowledge means she’s adept at identifying the successes and easy wins that already exist within companies. From there she provides the tools and insight to help these companies go even further and join the global movement of businesses that exist for people, planet and profit.

Alexander lewis-jones

Transport sustainability consultant

Alexander has been working to embed sustainability into transport for the last decade. For eight years, he has been leading electric vehicle adoption research projects, helping fleets and individuals overcome barriers to their uptake. He led Uber's largest electric vehicle trial and has also worked to introduce commercial vehicles into a range of public and private sector fleets. He is an industry expert on charging infrastructure, having delivered strategy and research to Europe and Japan's largest energy and automotive players. Beyond operational and technical expertise, Alexander helps clients evaluate and report accurate carbon footprint metrics for their vehicles.

Today he brings his deep knowledge of the sector to a variety of industries, supporting clients to engage with sustainable mobility initiatives through fleet transition strategies.

GABRIELLE OLIVER

sustainability consultant

Gabrielle has over 20 years experience in production; broadcast television, bespoke content and short films. From working on factual and entertainment prime time shows for BBC and ITV to producing bespoke films for clients including Octopus, Oxfam and Open Democracy.

She has a Foundation Certificate from IEMA in International Environmental Management and Assessment and now brings production experience and skills to her work in sustainability. 

Most recently, Gabrielle worked as Sustainability Co-ordinator across HETV dramas for Disney+ and Netflix. Gabrielle loves collaborating with productions of all sizes to understand their challenges, find sustainable solutions and new ways of working that have a positive impact on both people and planet.

Mandy Cayford

Sustainability consultant

Mandy has extensive experience in the creative industry covering broadcast television production, corporate and creative operations management, advertising and brand marketing. A trained facilitation coach and career mentor, she champions diverse culture and behaviours.

As the Responsible Production Lead for Sky Studios, she oversaw sustainability, safeguarding and wellbeing initiatives, driving the decarbonisation strategy and advising on climate storytelling for HETV scripted productions.

She piloted new low carbon tech, as part of a project to gain in-depth insight into the barriers and opportunities to sustainable production, working closely with suppliers and capturing invaluable learning for the industry.

Mandy was a consultant on the new ScreenSkills/BAFTA albert e-learning “Introduction to sustainability for the screen industries.”

Tjasa Tauses Karba

With a strong background in product development and sustainability, Tjasa has a profound knowledge of materials, sourcing, manufacturing and supply chain management and has actively worked toward advocating sustainable practices and creating strategies for implementing them.

Throughout her academic and professional career, Tjasa has gained expertise in fashion and the creative sector, managing projects in collaboration with research institutions and innovators.

She holds a certificate in Sustainable Business Management from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sustainable Development from the University of Sussex.

Chelsea Gacula

Sustainability Coordinator

Chelsea has an MSc in Sustainability and Management from the University of Bath, where she learned about sustainability and ESG in the corporate sphere.

In her academic journey, Chelsea engaged in sustainability projects that involved valorising niche food waste (mustard husk and mixed ice cream) side streams for Unilever. She also contributed to the Vertically Integrated Projects, a programme that aligns project topics with the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals.

Prior she received her BS in Biological Sciences from DePaul University where she concentrated on Ecology and Evolution.
